My name is, Sarah. This is the part where I try to describe myself, well enough, so that you might find me appealing. Well, I'm originally from, Colorado, but I've been in Texas, for about 12 years now. I love animals, and have quite a menagerie, that are all like my children. Let's switch up for format now, how about a list of things I am, and am not?

A Jack of All Trades, I am capable of performing many tasks/jobs, that others might hire out, to other people. I can cook, clean, sew, and also, perform more laborious chores, such as, hauling heavy items, putting up fences, yard work, large animal care, or even hanging drywall. I believe I am capable of doing almost everything myself, as long as I have sought out instruction beforehand.
A fan of horror/fantasy/and sci-fi genres, I'm a nerd for so many things.

As my headline suggest, I am a lover of all things British, and have always seen myself ending up with someone from, the United Kingdom. I'm a sucker for accents, my favorites being, English, Irish, Scottish, as well as German, and Australian, so don't be discouraged if you didn't originate from the UK, haha. The reason I am specifically looking for a partner on an expat site, is because I have already wasted a chunk of my life, about 8 years, on my ex, whom I met online, while he was still living in, England. The plan was always for him to immigrate to the US, when we would marry, but after all those years, when it finally came down to it, when we were capable of going to an attorney, he flaked a few hours after papers were signed, and nearly $3,000 (non-refundable) was spent. Said he couldn't leave England, after all. Kind of makes you feel like you were used as, a nearly free, holiday getaway. So, I will never put myself, or my family in that situation again. Sorry to bring this up, right off the bat, but I wanted to give a reason for why I'm only interested in someone that has already moved to the US.
